The Great Lakes Health Connect Referrals application offers health systems, physicians, payers, and behavioral health providers a secure repository for sending and receiving referrals throughout Michigan. This application assists in meeting Meaningful Use criteria and helps close gaps in the coordination and continuity of patient care.

    • Create & Manage User IDs – VIDEO – As of October 1, 2018, all updates to users in the iNexx Command Center need to be coordinated with GLHC Support.  Please complete this form prior to adding a new user to the iNexx Command Center.  GLHC Support will verify that the requested user name is available.
