As Executive Director, Doug has responsibility for driving GLHC’s operational vision. When not steering the organization, he enjoys “trodding the boards” as a member of the Drama Ministry Team at Blythefield Hills Baptist Church in Rockford, MI.
Brian Mack | Manager, Marketing and Communications
When not habitually oversharing on GLHC’s Social Media accounts, Brian is an active advocate and fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association of America. In 2014 he became the first volunteer in Alzheimer’s Association history to receive donations from all 50 states, 8 foreign countries, and all 7 continents (including Antarctica) in a single fundraising year.
Mary Graham | Manager, Community Engagement
Mary supports providers, organizations, and larger healthcare community across the state. In high school, Mary became one of the youngest Youth for Understanding summer exchange students. She lived in the Netherlands for 2 months when she was 15, and then decided to skip prom and graduation to go overseas again a senior, living in New Zealand for 11 months.

Chris Ford | Business Development Account Manager
Chris develops and manages the relationships that GLHC has with providers and organizations across Michigan. He hopes to one day be as good at basketball as the other Chris Ford, the former American pro basketball player who made the first-counted three-point shot.
Kate Meyer | Development Director
Kate can be found traveling across the state developing relationships with foundations, donors, community organizations, and government stakeholders to increase awareness of GLHC solutions and to identify opportunities for collaborative funding. Outside of the office, Kate can be found hiking the trails at Blandford Nature Center or in her art studio painting.
Emily DePottey | Business Development Analyst
Emily is a Business Development Analyst for Great Lakes Health Connect. While out of the office; she enjoys spending time with her family, doing various arts and crafts, overthinking everything, and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lakeshore.
Emmalilly Hoxsie | Communication Specialist
Emmalilly supports GLHC’s Business Development and Marketing efforts, including event planning and maintaining the website. Aside from her marketing and communications skills, Emmalilly enjoys bicycling, skiing, and traveling. She once biked from Maine to Key West, Florida for charity, and has also ridden across Iowa, from West to East, on four separate occasions.
Bryan Bulock | Senior Implementation Consultant – Mid – Michigan
Bryan consults with healthcare professionals on many levels in the community and helps to implement GLHC solutions into their workflow. When not being the “boots on the ground” contact for GLHC, he laces up his own boots and enjoys camping, hunting, hiking, and snowmobiling in beautiful northern Michigan.

Katrina Gagne | Implementation Consultant – Bay Area, Genesee County, Thumb Region
Katrina coordinates the implementation of GLHC solutions in Genesee County and surrounding areas. She is committed to creating a care connected community in Flint. When Katrina isn’t engaging and informing her community about the benefits of health information exchange, she enjoys blazing the trails with her adorable, but sometimes mischievous, German Shephard, named Eli.

Carrie has a passion for building bridges between healthcare providers to help them care for patients as efficiently and effectively as possible. She also enjoys many different styles of music and loves to attend concerts. One of her greatest joys is teaching music to kids, she has worked with over 300 children in the past 20 years.

Tracy enjoys knitting, cooking, watching her kids play sports, and being out enjoying the many amenities Michigan has to offer.
